As your Maui & Pacific Northwest Interior Design Consultant, we help you navigate a confusing process you may not be familiar with and save you time & stress in the process. Whether you are on Maui, in the Pacific Northwest, or anywhere on the continent, we can take over all the details so you don’t have to. Some of these services can include:
Full design for your space, including all hard surface finishes & interior furnishings
Generate a scope of work to utilize while obtaining quotes from General Contractors
Work with your contractor as point-of-contact to communicate your goals
Material quoting, material ordering based on schedule, & budgeting for your project
Advising on product purchasing & budget for the project
Create outline of the project timeline for ordering materials
Represent you at meetings with the contractor and/or other trades
Report updates on your project when necessary based on your needs (especially if you are out of the state or country)
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement (ordering, quotes, etc.)
Participate in punch list walk through at end of project based on the scope of work

When you contact us, we will reach out to gather more information about your needs and briefly discuss your goals for your project. We may ask you to send us some photos at this time. We will determine your needs and budget during the call.
Proposal & Contract
We will send you a formal proposal & contract to review. At this point, you will confirm the proposal is what you need, sign the contract, and make the initial payment so we can get started on the services you need done.
Reach Your Goal
We will gather more information from you about the project so we can get started. We will work with you to complete each step of your project that we will be involved in & will be in communication with you throughout our work.
Our Process in a Nutshell:
Step 1: Phone Consultation
We have a 30-minute phone call & discuss all the needs for your space. You can email or text us photos/videos during or before this phone call so that we can get a brief idea of your space, gather information on your goals, and make the proper suggestions for your next steps to get started.
Step 2: Contract & Proposal + Initial Retainer
We send you a contract proposal for your project. We answer any questions you may have before we get started. You make payment on retainer to retain our professional services.
Step 3: First Site or Virtual Visit
We visit the site and walk through the entire area with you or do a virtual site visit via video chat (dependent on scope). We ask you questions, fine tune the goal list & scope of work, and make sure we understand everything you are looking for.
Step 4: Design & Contractor Quotes
We work on your design, sourcing materials, cabinet estimates, & getting quotes from contractors to perform the work & implement the design. A contractor is chosen by you at this time & you book them.
Step 5: Project Starts
The project starts! We work with your contractor to make sure that all the elements of your design are implemented, answer any questions/clarifications they need on your behalf, and watch the magic happen
Step 6: Project Completion
Once the project is complete, we can help style your belongings back into your home to make sure everything is *just* right. You now get to enjoy your new space!
Interior Design Consulting & Representative Work
Our starting rate is based on our minimum rate for Interior Design Consulting & Representative Work. Each project is customized to the needs of the business and/or owner. Hours needed for each project can vary. Please contact us to determine what the ballpark will be for your project.
